These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the therapist and the client during the provision of therapeutic services. By requesting and participating in therapy sessions and trainings, the client agrees to the following terms:
Confidentiality
All information shared during therapy and training sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or where there is a legitimate concern for the safety of the client or others.
Respect and Consent
The therapist and client agree to respect each other during sessions and training. The client has the right to consent to or refuse any therapeutic technique proposed by the therapist.
Limits of Responsibility
The therapist will provide support and guidance within their professional competences but cannot guarantee specific results. The client assumes responsibility for their own choices and actions outside the therapeutic environment.
Payment and Cancellation
The client agrees to pay the established amount for each therapy and training session at the time of booking or before the session begins, in accordance with the therapist’s payment policy. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client may be charged for the session.
Duration and Frequency of Sessions
The length and frequency of sessions will be agreed between the therapist and the client based on the client’s individual needs and the therapist’s availability.
Communication outside of Sessions
The client agrees to limit communication with the therapist outside of sessions to what is necessary to schedule or cancel appointments. Additional questions and concerns should be discussed during regular sessions.
Conflict Resolution
In the event of any dispute or disagreement, both parties agree to first try to resolve the problem amicably and through direct communication.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
The therapist reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect after publication on the website.
By proceeding with the therapy sessions, the client acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
